Before joing Mainstay Global Group, she has worked with Legal Aid Council of Nigeria, Sodangi & Co (Fadila Chambers), Securities & Exchange Commission, and Nigerian Turkish Nile University. She is a member of Nigerian Bar Association. She has participated in numerous specializes programmes including Conflict Transformation and Peace building Peace Action from Training and Research Institute of Romania; African Youth Conference on MDGs Woman and Family Advancement Initiative. She's very fluent in English and Turkish languages.

Ifeanyi Ilonuba has a degree in Electromic Engineering from Universty of Nigeria, Nsukka. He has worked with BETA Systems and Federal Airport Authority of Nigeria before joining Mainstay Global Group. He has vast experienced in techical operations and systems inegration. He currently oversee the evaluation, deployment and administration of all products and services within the corporation in Mainstay Global Group. He also collaborate in design of innovative systems with advanced technology utilizing internal resources, external software, independent contractors and third party consulting firms.

Joy Ekanem is a Honour graduate student with a major in International Relations and International Law and a minor in government studies. She has a Masters in International Affairs and Diplomacy from the University of Saint Joseph Macau/Hong Kong; with a depth knowledge in International Affairs. An experienced NGO Advisory and Humanitarian she started volunteering at age 17 and got her first gig volunteering with International Red Cross where she worked under the supervision of Dr Macintouch with helping displaced children in the coast of Dandong Korea. She has since worked with various cross-functional organizations with special focus in International Diplomacy. She is from Akwa- Ibom state and have had the opportunity of living in four continents of the world. She is very optimistic, hard working, driven, compassionate and well mannered. She speaks four languages: Natively English, Elementary -Portuguese, Mandarin and Korean. She enjoys cooking, reading, swimming, traveling and shopping, so you can probably guess how I spend most of my leisure time.
